The great thing about NoteworthyKids.net fundraising, is that it can be done online, and without handling the product.Promoting the fundraiser is the job of the school, church or organization, but we can supply you with postcards, posters, and email templates that are valuable tools to help with your efforts.
Here's how it works:
Submit a request for a fundraising campaign, and we can send you a packet of information that outlines how the website works, key selling points, and some samples for the administration to review.
Upon initiation of your fundraising program, we supply you with a special "coupon code" that is specific to your school. As your school generates orders online from parents, friends, or anyone else, the coupon code helps us track the orders. We can generate reports of sales by month or by quarter, or for a particular time period. Each time someone places an order (using either new or existing artwork) using your coupon code, your organization makes money!
Currently, our percentage for fundraising is 30% of the sales price, ($3.75 for each $12.50 pack sold) so a fundraiser with 500 orders could generate $1875 net to your organization. That amount represents just 50 people responsible for 10 orders each. Our products are designed to be given away, shared, and sent to friends and family, so just imagine the number of potential people that could be reached for your fundraiser!
Plus, NoteworthyKids.net orders are shipped directly to the customer, instead of burdening the organization with distributing the product that has been ordered. Also, there is no collecting money and accounting for who has or has not paid.
